Please contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or reschedules. Your booking fee will be taken for cancellations, reschedules or no shows with less than 48 hours notice.

Click the button below to pay your £20 consultation fee and request a time slot. Once we have received your payment and time request we will either confirm or contact you if that time isn’t available.

The £20 consultation fee is non refundable, it’s taken as a fee if you don’t go ahead with a further booking and in the case of a late cancellation/reschedule or no show. It is however deducted from the final amount if you wish to book in.
